Measuring only supply temperature provides just a single point of data and can miss how individual zones behave or how setpoints and sequencing are applied across the building. Assuming as-built equals design ignores real-world variations like sensor offsets, calibration needs, and field modifications. Inspecting lighting controls for zone management isn’t relevant to thermostat and HVAC zone control.
